Redeemed from the Curse: Our Pregnancy Testimony

Last year, we welcomed our beautiful baby girl into the world. This isn’t just a story of becoming parents—this is a testimony of God’s goodness, His promises, and the victory we have through Jesus Christ.

From the beginning, we decided to stand on the truth found in Galatians 3:13:
“Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law.”
We fully embraced that redemption—believing that as children of God, we are no longer under the curse, but we live under grace, health, and divine provision through the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross (John 19:30).

Even before we conceived in 2023, we agreed in faith that we would not accept any fear or negative expectation tied to pregnancy. We chose instead to speak the Word of God over the process and believe for a supernatural experience. And let us tell you—God came through in every way!

We had an excellent pregnancy. No nausea, no vomiting, no complications. I was able to eat everything, stay active, and even work out regularly throughout! It was peaceful, joyful, and covered by God’s grace from start to finish. We are so grateful to the Lord for such a powerful testimony.

Why are we sharing this? Because we want to encourage you to know that this kind of kingdom living is available to every child of God. Whether it’s pregnancy, finances, health, peace, or anything else—Jesus already paid the price so we could live free from lack, fear, and the curse.

We encourage you to build your faith. Get into the Word. Find out what God says about your life and your future (Jeremiah 29:11). Learn who you are in Christ and understand the inheritance you have as a child of God (Ephesians 1:11). Our God is not a man that He should lie—He is faithful, and His Word always stands true.

Remember: Your faith is an important key to accessing everything Jesus died for you to have. Don’t settle for anything less.

We pray this testimony encourages you to walk boldly in the victory Christ has already won for you. You’re redeemed. You’re chosen. You’re blessed to live a kingdom life—right here on earth.

Sowing Seeds – Accessing (Kingdom) Wealth God’s Way

Have you ever faced a financial mountain and wondered how do I get over this without stress or is it even possible to get through this? We’ve been there. About a year ago, my husband and I found ourselves in a tight financial spot. However, what we experienced became yet another testimony of God’s unshakable faithfulness and the power of applying His Word in real life.

We’ve long believed in God’s promises of protection, as we shared in our previous testimony, God’s Faithfulness and Protection. But this time, we saw how His faithfulness extends not just to our safety, but to our finances too.

For some time, we had been studying the Word, and what it says about kingdom wealth. We’d dive deep into scriptures, pray, and ask God to help us grow—not just in knowledge but in faith. It was in this moment that we knew our faith had grown.

One night while having dinner, we started talking honestly about our financial situation. We remembered what we’d learned in Mark 4 about sowing on good soil and receiving a harvest—30, 60, or 100 fold. But we felt like we had nothing to sow after all things were tight financially . So we did something simple but powerful: we asked God to provide the seed- specifically a $500 seed.

The very next day, someone came up to my husband and gave him an envelope with exactly what we had prayed for—$500. No one knew what we had asked God for. That was all Him!

Now, here’s the honest part: a piece of us wanted to hold onto that money. It would have covered some bills or bought some time. But we knew—this was the seed we asked for. We couldn’t keep it.

We took a few days, prayed, and chose good soil. We blessed the seed, made a declaration over it, and sowed it into the lives of a pastor and his wife.

Guess what happened next?

The very next day, someone else blessed us with another $500—completely unexpected. And over the following two months, we saw God multiply our seed 30-fold. That’s $15,000 from the seed we almost kept for ourselves.

We didn’t toil, we didn’t strive—the blessings came without sorrow, just like Proverbs 10:22 says:

“The blessing of the Lord makes rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.”

God proved again that His Word works. Luke 6:38 says:

“Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over…”

Just like one mango seed can produce a tree full of fruit, sowing seeds in the kingdom of God produces a harvest.

We also learned from Luke 9:16-17, where Jesus blessed five loaves and two fishes and it multiplied. Blessing what we have invites God to multiply it.

But here’s the key: we didn’t just stumble into this miracle. We:

  1. Studied the Word of God

  2. Grew our faith intentionally

  3. Found good soil to sow into

  4. Prayed over and blessed our seed

  5. Acted in obedience and sowed

This wasn’t a one-time thing either. Not long after, my husband wanted a new computer. We had the money to buy it, but instead of just spending what we had, we sowed a seed in faith. The next day, someone messaged us saying they’d be sending money—and they did.

These moments reminded us:
👉 You don’t have to live in lack.
👉 You don’t have to stay stuck.
👉 Jesus provides a way—and, He even provides the seed! (2 Corinthians 9:10) His Word is the truth!

So if you’re reading this and facing financial hardship—or just want to experience more of God’s abundance—here’s our encouragement to you:

✨ Spend time with God
✨ Study His Word
✨ Listen to His voice
✨ Sow in obedience
✨ Expect His faithfulness

We hope this testimony blesses you as much as it blessed us. Share it with someone who needs encouragement. Let them know: God’s Word is not just theory—it’s truth in action. Feel free to also share your own testimonies with us in the comments.

God’s Faithfulness & Protection

A Testimony of His Grace

Our family has so much to be thankful for. Time and time again, we have seen God’s faithfulness manifest in our lives in ways that leave us in awe. Today, we want to share one of those moments—a testimony of God’s divine protection, where He proved His faithfulness to His Word and His unwavering love for us.

A Safe Place—Or So We Thought

When my husband and I had just gotten married, we moved into an apartment in what was considered a safe neighborhood. Our home was on the same compound as our landlord’s house, separated only by about five feet of open space. There were no fences or barriers—just proximity and trust in the safety of the area.

For the first eight months, everything was peaceful. We never had any reason to be fearful or concerned. But one night, God reminded us that His wisdom far surpasses human understanding.

A Nudge from the Holy Spirit

That evening, my husband wasn’t feeling well. As we prayed together, we felt a strong impression from the Holy Spirit: anoint your doors and entrances with anointing oil.

At first, we didn’t understand why. There were no signs of danger, no threats, and no reason to suspect anything was about to happen. But we knew better than to question God’s prompting. Instead, we chose to obey. We took anointing oil and applied it to the top of our doors, trusting that God had a reason, even if we couldn’t see it.

The Morning After: A Shocking Discovery

The next morning, we woke up early and immediately sensed something unusual. As my husband walked me to our car for work, we noticed a crowd gathering on the compound. Then, we saw police officers.

Concerned, we approached our landlord and the officers to find out what had happened. What they told us was shocking but also put us in awe of our God.

At around 2 a.m., three armed bandits attempted to break into our landlord’s home. First, they tried a window but couldn’t get in. Then, they moved to the back door—just five feet away from our apartment—and successfully gained entry. Once inside, they held our landlord and her daughter at gunpoint, tied them up, and robbed them of a large sum of cash, jewelry, a phone, her SUV, and other valuables.

The attack left them deeply traumatized. But here’s what shook us even more: there was NO sign that the bandits had even attempted to enter our apartment. Both of our vehicles remained untouched. We were completely unharmed, physically and emotionally. It was as if a divine barrier had been placed around us—a shield that only God could have provided.

God Sees What We Cannot

That day, we understood something so profound: God hears the plans of the enemy before they unfold. He sees the dangers we are unaware of, and He faithfully leads His children to safety when they listen to His voice.

Had we ignored the Holy Spirit’s prompting that night, who knows what could have happened? But because we spent time with God and sought His presence, we were sensitive to His leading and He remained true to His Word. He drew near to us as we drew near to Him (James 4:8). He protected us as we obeyed His voice.

A Word for You

Our testimony serves as a powerful reminder to you today:

  • Stay close to Jesus.
  • Trust His voice, even when it doesn’t make sense.
  • Obey His instructions without hesitation and delay. (Just think about if we had chosen to delay until the next day.)
  • Know, without a doubt, that He remains faithful to His promises.

If God is prompting you to do something today, don’t delay. His wisdom is perfect, and His love never fails. He is our Refuge, our Shield, and our Protector.

Let this testimony be an encouragement to you. No matter what uncertainties lie ahead, you can trust that God is already working things out for your good. Remain in Him, and He will remain faithful to you.

“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” – Psalm 91:1

Love Others As I Have Loved You

Love 101: Unveiling the God-kind of Love!

Hey there, Beloved Readers! Today, we’re diving into what LOVE really means and discovering why God commands us to love others deeply. Let’s face it—loving people can be tough sometimes. But fear not, as we find out how can we follow this command using the Bible-our life manual.

Love Begins with God’s Love

You might have wondered, “What is love, and why is it so important?” Well, 1 John 4:19 spills the beans! We love because God first loved us. And here’s the best part—God wouldn’t command us to do something that’s impossible for us to do. So, if He tells us to love others as He loved us (John 13:34), it means that we have the keys to be able to do so.

Love Like Jesus: A Heart of Sacrifice

Now, picture this—God’s love empowers us to love others just as Christ sacrificially loved us even when we were yet sinners (Romans 5:8).But why does God want us to love like this? Simple! As believers, we’re called to be more like Christ, reflecting His character and heart. Love is the very essence of God, and we’re His kingdom ambassadors!

The Love Manual: 1 Corinthians 13

If you ever wondered what love looks like in action, 1 Corinthians 13 gives us the ultimate love manual! Brace yourself for some love wisdom: love is patient, kind, humble, not jealous, or rude. It keeps no record of wrongs and rejoices in truth. Love endures all things and never fails. Wow, that’s some love overload, right?

The Greatest Commandment: Love!

Get ready for the grand finale! In the book of Mark, Jesus spills the ultimate love commandment—love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself. It’s the gold standard of love, and there’s no greater command! So, loving God and loving others go hand in hand!

The How-To Guide

But wait, how do we love like God? Spend time in His Presence, soak in His Word (hello, love letters from God!), and be intentional in your actions and words. To become more Christ-like, we must make time for God daily, just like spending time with a best friend.

Love-Growing Tips: A Journey of Intention

Becoming love warriors requires intentional choices. It’s like planting seeds of love that blossom into beautiful acts of kindness. So, let’s say “no” to things that lead us away from becoming more like Christ-loving and “yes” to soaking in His Word and the things of God.

A Heart-Transformation Journey

Now, if you haven’t embraced the love of Jesus, this will be the best decision you will ever make in your life! Accepting Jesus as your Savior is the first step to becoming more Christ-like. Invite the Holy Spirit into your heart, surrendering your life to Him and become a new creation in God’s kingdom!

“Faith”

Have you ever felt like you’re missing out on the incredible blessings that Jesus has in store for you? Well, let’s talk about the key that opens the door to all that Christ has made available—faith! Yep, that’s a major key in unlocking healing, miracles and blessings with our names on it.

Now, picture this: Jesus was unable to perform miracles in some places due to people’s lack of faith. Whoa, hold up! Does that mean our faith—or lack thereof—could be holding us back too? Well, it’s possible!

In the book of Matthew (13:58), it’s clear that faith plays a crucial role in experiencing healing and blessings. So, if you’ve been wondering why the good stuff seems to pass you by, it might be time to check your faith!

Fear not, my friends, for God didn’t leave us hanging. He told us exactly how to get faith in Romans 10:17. Faith comes by hearing the Word. Yes, that’s right! Reading, listening, and soaking in the Word of God is like a faith power-up!

And hey, don’t take my word for it—Matthew 21:22 spills the tea! It says that if you pray with faith, you’ll receive whatever you ask for. Sounds easy, right? But wait, does it mean that without faith, our prayers are just bouncing off the ceiling? 🤔

Let’s dig deeper, folks. Matthew 21:22 implies that if we have faith, the prayer aisle is all ours. It’s like having a direct access to every prayer request according to the will of God ofcourse! But, you guessed it, the flip side is true too. If our faith is MIA, our prayers may not get answered.

So, it’s time to put on your faith caps and start believing in the power of your God!

Mastering Faith

Okay, okay, we get it—having faith is important. But how do you actually walk the faith walk? It might not be a piece of cake, but don’t fret! Romans 10:17 comes to the rescue again. As you soak in the Word, your mind gets renewed!

Romans 12:2 calls it a “mind renewal” program. As your spirit grows, so does your faith. Imagine your faith muscles doing a happy dance as you start to believe beyond what your eyes can see!

Now, let’s dive into the wonders of faith. Hebrews 11 defines faith as the proof of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen. The truth in God’s Word actually supersedes what we see in the physical. As we begin to have faith even as small as a mustard seed(Matthew 17:20-21) the manifestation of what we are believing for happens first in the spiritual realm and then we see it in the physical!

This chapter Hebrews 11 is like a faith hall of fame, featuring inspiring stories of faith warriors who experienced jaw-dropping miracles and blessings. It’s like a movie with epic plot twists and heartwarming victories! I can assure you if you take a read it will definitely encourage you to take action to grow your faith in Christ.

Faith Activate: Your Turn!

Are you ready to kickstart your faith adventure? It’s time to grab that key, unlock the doors of healing and blessings, and start speaking God’s Word over your life. Remember, God is not a human fibber (Numbers 23:19), so when He promises, you better believe He’ll deliver!

So, buckle up and let faith take you on a ride of restoration, healing, and abundant blessings! Your life is about to level up, beyond all you can ask or imagine, thanks to the power of God working within you!

Get ready to see the impossible as you watch God work miracles in your life! 🌟✨

“Rooted In Christ”

In Psalm 1:3, the psalmist compares a person who delights in the law of the Lord to a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaves do not wither. This image of a tree rooted in fertile soil and watered by a stream is a powerful metaphor for the life of a Christian who is rooted in Christ.

Let’s take a closer look at what it means to be rooted in Christ, and how we can cultivate a life that bears fruit for God’s kingdom.

Planted by Streams of Water

The tree in Psalm 1:3 is planted by streams of water, which provides it with the nourishment it needs to grow and thrive. Similarly, when we are rooted in Christ, we are constantly being nourished by the living water of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus tells us in John 7:38-39 that whoever believes in him will have streams of living water flow from within them. This living water is the Holy Spirit, who fills us with the power and strength we need to live out our faith and bear fruit for God’s kingdom.

Yields Its Fruit in Season

The tree in Psalm 1:3 yields its fruit in season, meaning that it produces fruit when it is supposed to. Similarly, when we are rooted in Christ, we bear fruit for God’s kingdom in due season.

Galatians 5:22-23 tells us that the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. When we are rooted in Christ and filled with the Holy Spirit, these fruits will be evident in our lives.

Our lives will be characterized by love for others, joy in all circumstances, peace that surpasses understanding, patience in difficult situations, kindness towards those who are hurting, goodness towards all people, faithfulness to God and his Word, gentleness in our interactions with others, and self-control in all areas of our lives.

Leaves Do Not Wither

The tree in Psalm 1:3 is also characterized by leaves that do not wither. Similarly, when we are rooted in Christ, we have a deep and abiding faith that cannot be shaken by the trials and challenges of life.

We can trust in God’s faithfulness and love, even in the midst of difficult circumstances. We can cling to his promises and know that he is with us always, even when we walk through the valley of the shadow of death.

Conclusion

Psalm 1:3 reminds us of the importance of being rooted in Christ, and the fruit that is produced when we are nourished by the living water of the Holy Spirit. When we are planted by streams of living water, we yield fruit in season, and our leaves do not wither.

May we seek to cultivate lives that are deeply rooted in Christ, and may we bear fruit for God’s kingdom in all that we do. As we delight in the law of the Lord and seek to follow him, may we be like trees planted by streams of water, yielding fruit in season and bringing glory to God’s name.

“You Are the Salt; You Are the Light of the World”

In Matthew 5:13-16, Jesus says to his disciples, “You are the salt of the earth… You are the light of the world.” These powerful words remind us of the impact that Christians can have in the world when we live out our faith and make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Let’s take a closer look at what it means to be the salt and light of the world.

Salt of the Earth

When Jesus calls his disciples the salt of the earth, he is emphasizing that they have a crucial role in adding flavor and preserving the world from decay. Salt was a valuable commodity in ancient times, used for flavoring food and preserving it from spoilage. Similarly, as Christians, we are called to add goodness and flavor to the world around us, and to preserve it from the decay of sin and evil.

However, Jesus also warns his disciples that if salt loses its saltiness, it is no longer useful. In the same way, if we fail to live out our faith and make a positive impact in the world, we will lose our effectiveness. As Christians, we must strive to be the salt of the earth – to add flavor and goodness to the world, and to live in a way that reflects the love and grace of God.

Light of the World

In the same passage, Jesus also calls his disciples the light of the world. Light is a symbol of truth, guidance, and illumination. By calling his followers the light of the world, Jesus is emphasizing that they have a responsibility to shine the light of truth and righteousness in a world that is full of darkness and confusion.

Jesus encourages his followers to let their light shine before others, so that they may see their good works and glorify God. This means living a life that reflects the love and truth of God, and sharing that love and truth with others.

As Christians, we are called to be the light of the world – to shine the light of God’s love and truth in a dark and hurting world. This means speaking out against injustice and oppression, sharing the gospel with those who don’t know Jesus, and living a life that points others to God.

Conclusion

The “salt and light” passage in Matthew 5 is a powerful reminder of the impact that Christians can have in the world when we live out our faith and make a positive difference in the lives of others. As we seek to be the salt and light of the world, let us remember the words of Jesus: “Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).

May we be the salt and light of the world, adding goodness and flavor to the world, and shining the light of God’s love and truth to all those we encounter.
